The AEDKAT Commercial Agent is an AI sales agent for WhatsApp and email that looks after your customers for you. It also publishes content on your social media and on your website blog. As a result, your business keeps moving even when you are on a job, in a meeting or on holiday.
What the Commercial Agent does for your business
Answers WhatsApp messages
First, it replies to your customers quickly and in the tone of your business, so nobody waits hours for an answer. Whenever a question is delicate, it leaves it pending so that you can review it.
Manages your email
Next, it reads your inbox and sorts every message. It also prepares draft replies and sends them with human review. Consequently, no customer is left without an answer and you save hours every week.
Publishes on social media and your blog
In addition, it creates posts for your social networks and articles for your website blog. You approve the content, and the agent publishes it on schedule, which keeps your online presence active with little effort.
Keeps contacts and opportunities in order
Finally, it records every contact and follow-up, so you always know who is interested and what the next step is.
A commercial agent anyone can use
The app works in your browser, on your computer or your phone. There is nothing to install and no technical knowledge is needed. You decide what the agent can do alone and what must go through you first, so AI never acts behind your back.
If you also want to keep your accounts in order, see AEDKAT Administration, or save money with the Complete Pack.
